Terms and Conditions

 

To place an order, simply follow the below steps.

 

  1. Add your chosen products to cart. Please make sure you have added any installation options if required.
  2. Complete checkout.
  3. We will contact you with details of available delivery or collection times. We aim for 3 -5 days completion but some stock items can be next or even same day delivery. You will be advised this when your order is processed.
  4. Payment must be made prior to delivery or when collecting from store.

 

Installation is available and should be added to basket before completing checkout. If you are in our delivery area, the cost is calculated in your “basket” by your post code. Some smaller items are available for postage.

Standard installation is classed as connection of new product to existing services. ie, washing machine to water taps, television to aerial, electric to wall plate. We do not undertake plumbing, aerial or carpentry work or work we deem unsafe to our installers. In the event installation cannot be completed and this is not due to a problem with the product, we reserve the right to make a call out service charge. ie, product ordered is too large to fit in cavity or into the property, incorrect item ordered, faulty wiring or plumbing, nobody at property when delivered, no aerial reception or poor broadband. Removal of old items is covered in our premium service only. We regret we cannot fit or disconnect gas appliances.

When collecting the item from store, the customer assumes responsibility for the setup and installation. We will gladly offer advice and information in the shop or telephone but any home visits due to incorrect installation will be on a chargeable basis.

All items are offered with a minimum of 12 months guarantee (subject to customer registration where applicable) and are new unless clearly marked as used or second hand and specify a shorter warranty. Some products suggest occasional software upgrades, this is not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Product images, descriptions and specifications are shown for guidance only. We reserve the right to cancel any orders. In the event of an item being returned, any postage cost is the customers responsibility. All orders are in English and currency values are Pounds Sterling. If an item is found to be damaged, please notify us within 24 hours or the order is deemed as accepted.
